You gain insight into a business or organization when you partner with them to develop their website. This was no exception. The Fairbanks Neighborhood Housing Services (FNHS) serves its community’s housing needs with a full toolbox. Among the many services and programs they offer, you will find programs that help fund renovations, vacant home restoration, HUD Healthy Home resources, and discounted rental homes for families in need.
FNHS partnered with us because their previous website did not provide an easy way for the community to access all of what they offer. They wanted a website that was considered “adequate” to be transformed into a resource that makes accessing their services more efficient. They also needed their website to work hard for their organization and make their tasks easier.
FNHS’s website project included a complete redesign with added features, such as online forms, expanded rental property showcasing, and enhanced information upfront to better inform the community. Another key focus was making the opportunity to donate to their non-profit front and center throughout the website. They make giving to their program easy with options that anyone can do.
