Hooper Bay Charter School is a K-12 school serving Hooper Bay, Alaska, and surrounding communities. Their mission is, “The mission of the Hooper Bay Charter School (HBCS) is to embrace the reality of our unique rural environment with its rich Alaska Native traditions, tribal governments, native villages, ANCSA Corporations, cultural-based learning organizations, and create a partnership to develop capable and conscientious Alaska Native students who, in-turn, become stewards of our future. ”
